Our vision and mission is simple, to present the freshest product, all made in house and by hand wherever possible. This means not only do we bake our own bread, for example we sous vide the turkey breast on site, for our sandwiches. Much more than a bakery, our seasonal café menu offers French inspired culinary classics without the inflated price tag! Nothing on the menu is over $20. Our team of chefs and bakers work in a huge open kitchen, to create a truly unique experience.
